    I can’t recommend Steph enough! She’s an incredible personal trainer who truly stands out. Steph is a stickler for form and technique, which gives me confidence that I’m exercising safely and effectively. Her sessions are varied, fun, and personalized, but she always ensures I’m being challenged and progressing.

    As a mum herself, Steph really understands the struggles of balancing everything. When I started, I was just looking for a way to kickstart my fitness journey postpartum—and I haven’t looked back since! Committing to 2 classes & a PT session a week felt achievable, and Steph’s encouragement made all the difference.

    Initially, I even had to bring my baby along to some PT sessions, and Steph was so understanding and amazing with him. She made it work because she knew how important it was for me to carve out that time for myself.

    Seven months in, I am now stronger, fitter, and healthier. Steph has helped me see my postpartum body in a whole new light, and I’m proud of the example I’m setting for my son & glad that I’ve got some designated ‘me’ time carved out in my week that I look forward to.

    Steph isn’t just a great personal trainer; she’s one of a kind. If you’ve been on the fence about starting or booking in your first session, take the leap— I only wish I’d started sooner.

    I’ve been doing group training sessions with Steph for a few years now. Her workouts are varied and fun, she has the best personality to be able to push you the right amount. Highly recommend!

    Steph is amazing - always made me feel welcome and understanding of where my body is at. But mostly the sessions are a lot of fun!
    If your looking for a personal trainer or are on the fence definitely give in fitness and in health a shot!
